It is exclusively intended to be used only by trained professionals. The carrier RNA included in this kit improves the ability to bind viral RNA to the VNE Column, especially in low-titer specimens. The guanidium salt contained in the buffer formula inactivates viruses and prevents the residual nuclease activity of viral DNA or RNA from degrading. This kit provides a reliable and efficient way to extract high-purity viral nucleic acid; total operation time can be shortened to 30 minutes.
