The FavorPrep™ miRNA Extraction HE Mini Kit enables efficient purification of high-quality total RNA, including small RNAs such as miRNA, siRNA, and other species <200 nt, as well as small-RNA enrichment, from a variety of sample types including cultured cells, animal tissues, and exosomes. The proprietary FavorPrep™ Tri-RNA Reagent ensures effective removal of proteins, DNA, lipids, and polysaccharides, while the optimized ethanol-adjusted binding conditions, combined with the HE Column technology, preserve short RNA molecules and deliver high recovery. The workflow supports both total RNA purification and small-RNA enrichment, making the kit highly suitable for sensitive downstream applications such as RT-qPCR, small RNA sequencing, and microarray analysis.
