The FavorPrep™ Stool DNA Extraction Mini Kit is designed for the isolation of high-quality total DNA from 50~200 mg of fresh or frozen stool samples. The inhibitors, such as polysaccharides and humic acid, will be removed with the sequent buffers in this kit. Eluted DNA is ready-to-use for downstream applications.
