The FavorPrep™ Soil DNA Extraction HE (High Efficiency) Mini Kit is an efficient tool to rapidly isolate pure, high-concentration genomic DNA from various types of soil. Both prokaryotic and eukaryotic microbes present in the soil could be lysed using specialized buffers and enzymes. The distinctive HE Column allows to enlarge sample input and reduce elution volume to obtain both higher eluted DNA concentration and yield. The advanced method ensures the complete removal of inhibitors and delivering highly reproducible results. The purified DNA allowed for the exploration of the genetic potential of soil microbes within the soil sample.
