It is suitable for fed-batch culture of CHO (Chinese Hamster Ovary) cells of different subtypes to achieve high-density growth of cells and higher levels of protein/antibody expression and quality. The characteristics of the culture medium are as follows: 1. Chemically-Defined, CD. 2. Free of hydrolysates, proteins, growth factors or ingredients of any animal origin. 3. Free of Glucose、HT or L-glutamine.
