FavorPrep™ Short-DNA Depleter

The FavorPrep™ Short-DNA Depleter is a ready-to-use reagent designed for the efficient removal of DNA fragments smaller than 10 kbp while enriching high–molecular–weight (HMW) DNA. Its optimized formulation ensures reliable size selection, and DNA recovery can be easily achieved using centrifugation and standard precipitation. This makes it particularly suitable for workflows that require intact, long DNA molecules. The kit is ideal for sample preparation prior to shearing and library construction in long-read sequencing technologies such as PacBio® SMRT sequencing and Oxford Nanopore Technologies® (ONT).
