FavorPrep™ Circulating Nucleic Acid Extraction HE Mini Kit

The FavorPrep™ Circulating Nucleic Acid Extraction HE Mini Kit is designed for the efficient isolation and enrichment of circulating cell-free DNA and RNA from cell-free fluid samples such as plasma, serum, and urine. The kit utilizes a silica column with an extender, allowing sample volumes from 1 to 4 mL, and achieves high recovery of fragmented nucleic acids (<1000 bp for DNA; <1000 nt for RNA) through an optimized buffer system. The protocol requires no organic extraction or ethanol precipitation, and the resulting high-quality nucleic acids are well-suited for downstream applications such as qPCR, NGS, and bisulfite sequencing.
