The exclusive HE Column allows to enlarge sample input and reduce elution volume to obtain both higher eluted DNA concentration and yield. The Bead Tube effectively disrupts tough fungal structure, releasing nucleic acids for extraction. Optimized washing steps effectively eliminate contaminants, inhibitors, and salts, resulting in an excellent OD 260/280 and 260/230 ratio.
