The FavorPrep™ Food DNA Extraction Mini Kit is designed for rapid extraction of pure genomic DNA from a wide range of food sample types. The impurities (proteins, lipids and other organic compounds) can be removed by the washing steps. High recovery rate of short DNA fragments from processed food samples which is subjected to heat, irradiation and high pressure is executed with optional steps. The purified DNA is ready-to-use for downstream applications.
